FitFleet
FitFleet is an end-to-end solution powered by WesTrac that delivers data-driven insights into the health and utilisation of CAT machines. The brief was to centralise customer data into one easy-to-use portal environment that would be accessible to both WesTrac and their customers. The portal meets the needs of a range of users roles; including finance, business and maintenance.
FitFleet had to be able to grow over time, so the UX had to be future-proofed. This was achieved through using a modular, tiled design that could scale up easily with the new features. The platform has been continuously optimised with new features since its launch, resulting in a long-standing, successful client relationship.
The majority of FitFleet users access the platform through desktop browsers however every detail has been seamlessly adapted for mobile, with tile layouts and interactivity changing to suit smaller devices.
To continually raise awareness of the FitFleet offering, I’ve developed multiple campaigns to promote the product. These campaigns were run across socials, digital publications, and internal communications. The focus on large typography was to draw attention to the key benefits and to provide some contrast from other WesTrac campaigns.
