McGrath Real Estate
Collaborating closely with John McGrath and the marketing team, I had the opportunity to work on the design of the McGrath Report 2023. Titled 'Chaos Creates Opportunity,' this edition aimed to capture the dynamic nature of the real estate market. Drawing inspiration from chaos theory, I incorporated innovative design elements, including the double pendulum graphics, to convey the theme.
Using light, large copy, and overlapping images, I sought to strike a balance between chaos and sleekness, staying true to the distinctive McGrath aesthetic. By integrating colours from the images, I ensured a cohesive and harmonious design throughout.
For the McGrath Report 2022, titled 'New Beginnings,' I led the design direction alongside John McGrath and the marketing team. The aim was to create a visually striking report with a concept suitable for being a coffee table centrepiece. Inspired by the post-COVID era, the design portrayed the journey from uncertainty to stability, symbolised by evolving shapes from circles to squares. These symbols were seamlessly integrated throughout, enriching the report's narrative.
